Refund policy

Because perfumes are personal use cosmetic products, we maintain a strict hygiene protocol.


Returns Are Accepted Only If:

✔ The product is damaged, leaking, or defective on arrival

✔ The wrong product has been delivered

✔ The customer reports the issue within 24 hours of delivery

✔ The customer provides clear unboxing video/image proof


Returns NOT Accepted For:

✘ Used products

✘ Opened or tested products

✘ Fragrance preference mismatch (“I didn’t like the smell”)

✘ Partial usage or wear & tear after delivery


Refunds:

• Refunds are issued only for accepted return cases.

• Refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after product inspection.

• Replacement may be offered instead of a refund in specific situations.
